Brief

The proposed Burnett Lane project utilises a former loading dock space for a split level restaurant and bar. A void space at entry level brings light and outlook to the lower level. The glazed façade offers pedestrians intrigue and visual cues to the subterranean restaurant at basement level. Two façade schemes were proposed; the first with full height glazed windows and the later with a continuous batten pattern.
